Scholarship Information
The Active 20/30 Club of Placerville is a community service minded organization that has been active in El Dorado County since 1929.
The club is concerned with the enrichment of community activities for people 20-39 years old. An annual scholarship is offered to graduating senior students who have demonstrated a history of involvement in the community through dedicated service.
Scholarship award can be used for vocational/technical, business schools, or community college studies. For 2010, one $250 scholarship will be offered.
Scholarship Requirements
Community service involvement for a minimum of 1 year is required. Must show documentation.
Must have at least a 2.0 GPA.
Please complete the edc-scholarship.org application, but be sure to include all other scholarship requirements with the application.
Must submit two letters of recommendation
Must submit a copy of student's current transcripts (unofficial copy)
A statement of student's educational & career goals (300-500 words)

Scholarship applications should be mailed directly to Placerville Active 20-30 Club, P.O. Box 468, Placerville, CA 95667. Ponderosa students may turn them in to the Career Center.
